NDIS Information
Enhance Health proudly works with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants. We are passionate about reducing barriers to healthcare and improving access for people living with a disability.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with a disability via support packages that are tailored to individual needs. To be eligible to access NDIS funding, participants must be:

-
Aged between 7 and 65
-
Australian Citizen or permanent visa holder
-
Meet the disability or early intervention requirements

If you have any questions or are unsure if you are able to access NDIS funding, please feel free to contact us and we can help provide some assistance.

What to expect from an initial consultation?
Initially we aim to gain a better understanding of your needs, goals and previous physical/ exercise history. This is important to us as we strive to make our therapy as relevant and effective to reaching your goals and needs. We also run through a battery of tests to assess your current function, using these to help develop our treatments moving forward. Also regular reassessments are the cornerstone of our treatment approach, ensuring that our treatments are effective and making a significance as we progress through treatment plans. Before any therapy has started, we ensure that there is a patient centred treatment plan in place, developed in collaboration with participants.

Our therapists are able to work with a variety of conditions to help participants reach their needs and goals. Drawing on a wealth of knowledge we are able to provide tailored approaches for complex needs. Also aside from providing support to the participants directly we are able to work with parents and carers to help improve care and assist with home living.
We are currently only able to work with self managed and plan managed participants. Our fees are in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements (effective from 1st July 2022). We are more than happy to speak over the phone, or via a zoom meeting prior to an initial consultation for free. You do not need a service agreement prior to attending an appointment. We are able to work with you to draw up a suitable agreement when needed.
